It's clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms are extremely clean, with high-quality soaps and accessories. The swimming pool is amazing. There's a football field, a basketball court, and a fully equipped barbecue area. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. The rooms are clean and well-organized, with air conditioning everywhere and extra beds if needed. The villa owner, Engineer Amr El Shami, is an amazing person who made our stay even better than expected. He's available around the clock, very cooperative, and pays attention to every detail. He responds with utmost politeness and friendliness. Everything is well-organized. Cet endroit est absolument merveilleux pour les familles. C'est propre et bien rangé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Les salles de bains sont extrêmement propres, avec des savons et des accessoires de haute qualité. La piscine est incroyable. Il y a un terrain de football, un terrain de basket et un espace barbecue entièrement équipé. La cuisine est complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les chambres sont propres et bien organisées, avec la climatisation partout et des lits supplémentaires si nécessaire. Le propriétaire de la villa, l'ingénieur Amr El Shami, est une personne formidable qui a rendu notre séjour encore meilleur que prévu.

Everything was perfect. The host is very welcoming and decent, he made sure every little detail is taken care of. He went far and beyond by setting up a power generator to assure maximum comfort even during power cut off. Also Mahmoud sent someone with mosquito fogger which helped keeping the place enjoyable. I loved the good internet connection, the air conditioning, the comfy beds, the equiped kitchen, the washing and drying machine, the lovely garden and pool, 5 bedrooms, and on top of that it's all clean. Was absolutely a fantastic stay for a big family. I've tried different villas in Alexandria and this villa was the best in every aspect. Worth every penny!
