The grass and flowers was a good sight to see. the pool was clean. house was big and had aircon in all rooms. it was really clean. location was also great with restaurants and supermarket nearby. also ferry crossing about 10mins away. Momo the owner is honest. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting luxor.

More spacious than we expected with AC in the bedroom and very big bathroom. Host is very trustworthy and helpful which I do not expect in Egypt. Actually one of the few people you can really trust. Offered if we want to go anywhere in a tour etc he’d contact his people to get a price, but also told us no pressure at all, do your research or even book online or with someone else. Places in Cairo for example would 100% be pushy and scam you here. We did the hot air balloon ride through him and a Nile sunset ride. Both very fair priced, even at the competitive bottom from prices online. Not exactly sure how it compares to offers on the street, but probably very good too. Plus you go with people you can actually trust without getting scammed. Also did a valley of the kings plus some more westbank things with a driver and guide through the host. Nice driver, guide spoke great English, had great information (we overheard some “guides” in places basically pointing out “hey this is a rock”. You get the idea.) This one was worth every dollar. Would 100% book again if we come back to Luxor.

We enjoyed once again our stay in this villa in a more peaceful area in the end part of Ramla. Great place for a family, as it has a master bedroom and also a 2nd one with two beds for kids. Kitchen has what is necessary if you like to cook some small meals.There is Wifi, Washing machine, AC's and also a fan. Sitting area to relax and watch TV with a view to the garden. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace and it's nice with a pool during hot summer months. One will find coffee, tea and some snacks on arrival.

The owner really nice and friendly help me a lot of things also he had a boat he can manage your trip .also he survived lunch and dinner and nice prices . I like here so much .

Considering the little money this place is really amazing. Very quiet with a nice garden and roof terrace for breakfast, all in walkable distance of the public ferry. It provided anything we needed and ahmet and his brother are very helpful without pushing you into anything.
