The house (there are three in a row) is new, modern, well equipped and nicely located, a few minute's walks from the sea. You have a lovely sea view and small farmland with fruit trees in the front. The host lives nearby and is very helpful and exciting to have conversations with. We needed a late checkout and got that.

Beautiful, big, spacious and clean house. There were 6 of us (2 couples and 2 friends) and it was very comfortable for everyone. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and a very nice living room area downstairs. The lady who owns the house is super nice! She brought us mangos from her garden, cookies, cheese to try, made us coffee and one day she brought us breakfast from the bakery. We are so grateful for your hospitality! Thank you!

Featuring a private pool, Villa Elina is 300 metres from Chlorakas Beach. It offers a fully equipped unit with spa bath and views over the Mediterranean Sea, the pool and the garden. We've spent a week here in January. The villa is looking located on the Paphos outskirts. Renting a car would be a good idea to visit places around. Still cafes are available nearby. I also liked the number of fruit markets, supermarkets around open in January. Agia Napa is just dead in comparison to Paphos at this time of the year. If you're into jogging/walking - a great concrete beach promenade is 100 meters away. Just be aware it lacks lightning after the sunset. Great route for up to 10K runs if you make a circle around an archeological site. View from the bedroom floor is great and rooms are really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would expect except for the dishwasher. Basic things like salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, some cereals will cover the first days of your stay. Filtered on-tap water is available. The pool is great and the area around is nice for sunbathing. Private parking for two cars. Last but not least. The host is just amazing. Kostas accommodated our early arrival and did everything to make sure our stay was really comfortable. This also included the supply of a really great wine (top 3% in the world) according to Vivino). Really appreciated.

Platzia Beach Villas ligger bare 20 meter fra kysten på feriestedet Coral Bay i Pafos, og tilbyr villaer med eget basseng. Gorgeous place with easy access to the beach; the villa is huge and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The view from the top floor is breathtaking, and we had breakfast and stayed on the yard. It was easy to get food and grocery delivery; and the city was a 10-15 ride so went shopping a few times as well. We wanted to stay and use the pool but had an accident and needed to leave early. Michal’s made several accommodations for us, and we appreciate him very much. He was a warm and graceful host, always available when we needed him. Highly recommend this villa stay, especially for groups and families.

Meltemi ligger i en frodig hage bare 300 meter fra Chloraka-stranden i Pafos. Everything was great! The villa itself, its location (near the sea, with a gorgeous view). Unbelievably warm-hearted owners, ready to help in any situation. We spent great time there and we wish to come back again. I would definetely recommend this wonderful place.
