We had all we needed for cookware to cook for a group of 10. We didn't realize we couldn't use a credit card up there but Gravin came to the rescue and so we were able to get the food we needed at the little store there. Gravin was so accommodating and a great host! We can't wait to come back.

Your Staff at the front desk was awesome and helpful. The room was very clean. The bartender at the bar was very nice and provided great service. Your valet attendant provided great service. Great clean property. Highly recomended.
We had a very early bus out of the Tracopa station and wanted to book something close by the night before. It was a great place for an overnight stay in San Jose. We were able to check in early no problem and the woman working the front desk was very friendly. The room is very small but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet connection was great. The location is good too...you are only about a 10 minute walk from the pedestrian street shopping area where you can find a bunch of places to eat,etc...

We only used this property for one night as a stopover and it was perfect for what we needed. The property is very clean, safe and the staff were beyond helpful. We were leaving very early the next day and were offered a boxed breakfast as we were leaving before our included breakfast started.
