And the girls who work there are very kind and helpful, we needed a luggage for the plane the next day, they ordered it for us and one hour later it was delivered at the hotel, we had nothing to do or to worry about, we went to have dinner and walk around instead of worrying and waste our time. Pleasant greeting from doorman and reception. Very clean and fitted in with our schedule when refreshing the room. Lots of space. Decent breakfast. Very close to no7 underground exit. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. So good we cancelled our next hotel in the Bund area and rechecked in here again instead.
The room is very clean and tidy. The air conditioner works well--extremely important in the hot, humid weather in Shanghai! The breakfast is also good enough.

Very good location with only 15-20 min by feet to the Bund area. Good breakfast at the restaurant on site, with Western and Asian options. Good coffee. The room was more spacious than I thought from the photos and it was very clean. Water, tea and coffee bags provided every day, also a tea/coffee station in the lobby. Helpful staff. A mini market just around the corner and a small cute park just in front of the hotel. Didn’t try wifi as I had my mobile internet so cannot say anything about that.
