Pleasant greeting from doorman and reception. Very clean and fitted in with our schedule when refreshing the room. Lots of space. Decent breakfast. Very close to no7 underground exit. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. So good we cancelled our next hotel in the Bund area and rechecked in here again instead.
The room is very clean and tidy. The air conditioner works well--extremely important in the hot, humid weather in Shanghai! The breakfast is also good enough.

Breakfast was ok. Maybe they can add some more western food. Very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Great location close to the metro and touristic places.
