Amazing stay with a great location. Staff doesn’t speak any englisch, but was very helpful nonetheless. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. We would stay here again!

Very good location, close to train station, bus station, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, cable car station. Best location. Very clean rooms, Jerry the owner will help you out , can book all tickets for discount prices from him, he will explain everything.

Rebecca is so amazing, her English is perfect and she was so nice and kind to book all attraction tickets for us. The property is very clean and tidy, breakfast was very delicious.

The owner receptionists were both most helpful,sent messages on transport from the train station, waited to receive us where our taxi stop, giving information and advice on how to go about visiting Fenghuang, places to visit, restaurants, where to shop smart, not to be cheated... Rooms were very clean, bed were comfortable enough, toilet clean and beautiful view especially at night, overlooking the rows of brightly lited shops, cafes, pubs along Fenghuang River...would sure stay here again the next time I visit Fenghuang...

The location in the center of the scenic spot is very convenient. The room is very clean, comfortable and has stylish details. The reception staff provided travel information in a friendly and patient manner.

The service provided is great. Nothing was too much. Mr Xiang came to the bus station near by to greeting us and showed us the way, he even carried the luggage for us. They were caring and did the washing for us even we stayed for only one night. The place is very clean with a good view.

Good Location. Room was very clean. Boutique type of hotel with very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Girl at the desk Anine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She has organised for me 5 days of activities in all must to see places around Zhangjiajie. And everything was done by Chinese-English handheld translator. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly staff at any hotel. Love the place and highly recommend to anyone traveling on the budget.
