My kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool (though it was ice cold glacial runoff), and playing on their playground. they also had ping pong, fooseball, and a trampoline, which makes it a great destination to go for kids, since Las Trancas doesn't offer a ton of child-focused entertainment options. I think they are trying to create a communal / hostel type experience, though everyone mostly keeps to themselves (not sure if its because it wasn't very full, or because of COVID precautions).

I like the location, far from populated cities, but not far from Pinto center or Chillan. Very friendly service, clean rooms, clean swimming pool, fresh air. Meet my expectations. I don’t think it is disadvantage, but there was not a good mobile signal. But for me and my family it was fine cause the main objective was to fully disconnect from noisy city.
