Tania was very helpful and shared food with us, plus there were some provisions (different types of coffee and teas, oil, vinegar, etc. all supplied free). The bed and pillows were the best we had in an 18-night trip through France, Italy and Switzerland. The space and host were so impressive that we immediately extended our stay there.

A recently renovated villa set in Breganzona, Horatius home features a garden. This villa offers free private parking, a lift and free WiFi. We had unique opprtunity to be first guest at Horatius home☺️ Thank you so much to Virginia for welcoming us. Everything was perfect, the most confortable bed, every detail is planned in advance. It’s a 2 floor villa, feels a lot of space. Breathtaking view to mountains from room, bathroom (!) and terrase! Kitchen is full equiped, there was everything for breakfast. Newborhood is very quet, near horses and in 10 min cows. For transport, we took taxi to get to city center, also can be bus, stop is near. Great escape from busy center but still be near.

Our stay was wonderful—such a beautiful place with a charming apartment, a lovely pool, and incredibly kind, attentive hostesses who went above and beyond to make our visit special. The view from the apartment was stunning, adding to the overall experience. The hostesses treated us like family, providing excellent recommendations for delicious restaurants in the area that we thoroughly enjoyed. They were also amazing with kids; our two daughters had a fantastic time in the pool and garden. There’s so much to do in the area, with the border being so close that you can reach Italy and Lake Como in just a few minutes. We’ll definitely return

Hiljuti renoveeritud Antica torre del castello Casa Ceresiana asub Carabiettas, 7,4 km kaugusel Lugano raudteejaamast ja 10 km kaugusel Lugano messikeskusest. Very clean and cozy. Old building (it dates back to 13th century) with modern interior. It is in a quite and tranquil area. Parking is nearby. If you travel with car there are plenty of food choices within few kilometers (on the other side of the lake). The house is so close to the lake - you see it from the windows and when you open the front door, the view is beautiful. Unfortunately it was raining heavily when we arrived and when we were leaving so we could not enjoy a walk. The hosts were very polite, they were waiting for us and gave us a tour of the house, explained how to turn on the heating if needed and gave us an extra blanket. We got a bottle of wine as a gift and chocolate for the morning coffee. The only issue is that we stayed just for one night on our way home - I would spent more time there as the house and the area are really beautiful.
