The staff are delightful, wonderful people. I lost my passport at the hotel and they went out of their way (going through rubbish) to find it for me. Such lovely women! The novelty of staying in a former prison was so good. Really fantastic location in terms of being right near the old town centre and only 10 mins walk to the train station. Good sized bathrooms. Very clean.
Amazing views of Luzern, lovely walks in the area, very clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful staff, very comfy mattress, quiet, sound proofed rooms.
