Walking distance to public entrance of the lake where we went for a quick swim. Would love to come back for a longer stay. Loved the fact that all the essentials were there to make the stay even more comfortable. Plus the welcome bottle of wine and chocolates.

Located in Lavena Ponte Tresa and only 12 km from Lugano Station, Casa Tiziana provides accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. One of the nicest and most welcoming places we’ve ever stayed! Tiziana and her daughter Giorgia went out of there way to do everything to make this the perfect stay, including providing a well-stocked fridge on arrival. After a long journey through the mountains a cold beer was brilliant!

Great apartment in a very peaceful location. Fabulous views and close to hiking trails. I would recommend the Monte Bar hike and highly recommend stopping at the Capanna Monte Bar restaurant on the way up. We enjoyed rolling out our yoga mats on the balcony. Valle Verzasca is also highly recommended for a hike along the most stunning river - best to go early though as parking spaces are limited.
