The house is very close to a major grocery store so you can walk to pick up any supplies needed. There was a parking spot that we used, and we also used Uber to get around. The Uber drivers had no issue finding the location. The accom is situated close to the amenities we were using/visiting.

This was 1 of 3 places we stayed throughout the drive from BC to Ontario. By far the best place we stayed at, and the other two places were expensive hotels. We had the option to use street parking, but were worried that someone might break into the car to steal some of the more expensive belongings, and to accommodate, the host offered to give us the driveway and move his car to the street without hesitation. Entry was easy (keyless) and we had the basement to ourselves. It was extremely clean and comfortable and we didn’t experience any disruptions during our stay. I was also extremely surprised at how exceptionally cozy, cute, comfortable and clean the place was considering I only paid $100 for one night. Accommodation by the host was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again if I visited Winnipeg again.
