Comprising a terrace and barbecue facilities, Bella Vita Casitas is a recently renovated accommodation in Placencia Village situated close to Placencia Beach. Kat and Dirk have put so much care and love into creating a home away from home for their guests. The casita is incredibly comfortable and close to everything you might want to see or do in Placencia. We were so grateful for all the recommendations, as well as the generous use of their golf cart and paddle boards. On our last day, Kat and Dirk brought us and all our baggage to the bus stop, and made sure we had everything we needed to get back to Belize City without issue. Their hospitality made our visit to Placencia a stand-out part of our Belize vacation, and I cannot recommend their property enough.

Situated in Placencia Village, within 200 metres of Placencia Beach, Sound of The Sea-walking distance to everything offers accommodation with air conditioning. Perfect location to walk into town. Supermarket and gorgeous bakery across the road. The beach is a stones throw away. Lovely veranda to sit on for breakfast in the morning and loungers. Well equipped modern kitchen and very comfortable beds. This was a lovely property, and I would highly recommend staying here

Poseidon House is situated in Riversdale. The property has lake views. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. We loved the location. A beautiful, large home fully equipped.

Providing garden views, Inn The Trees Cabañas in Placencia Village provides accommodation and a garden. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Lots of gorgeous wildlife right from the view of the porch. Nice and quiet area but close enough to plenty of activities and a few restaurants. Very close to a beach. The hosts were exceptional

1.9 km from Seine Bight Beach in Placencia Village, Seabird Luxury Dwellings features accommodation with access to spa facilities and wellness packages. The property was secluded and very clean.

Before you think Linda and I gush over every lodging - don't! We are both hospitality professionals and are often bit by our inbred standards. Not at Los Porticos!! From the subtle entrance, the warmth at the front desk to the beautiful waterfront accommodation to the great beach - and so much more - you can't go wrong in Villa 8D.

Hummingbird Estate is situated in Dangriga. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The breakfast was delicious. Getty was very friendly and hospitable.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a pool with a view, lake view and a patio, Dolphin @ Swan Villas is set in Maya Beach. My wife and I loved our stay at Swan Villas - Dolphin Villa. The owners were in excellent contact with us as we made our journey from the border by car. They were very welcoming of our registered service dog too which is not all that common when you are traveling. The villa itself was super clean and there were plenty of clean towels ready to use after a soak in the huge hot tub located in the living room! Internet was fast enough averaging 50Mbs. The villas are architecturally so much fun and the layout means that you have excellent views over the infinity pool, to the lagune water to the mountains, all this without being 'overlooked' by one of the 4 other villas. The property manager Miriam was absolutely excellent. She made sure that the hot tub was clean and water & chemical levels correct. If we needed housekeeping, she arranged it. If we wanted information about local services, restaurants, stores etc. - she was either found working around the property or just a WhatsApp / phone call away. We have nothing negative to say about the place at all, neither did the few other guests that we met poolside. In fact, we originally booked it for 3 nights but were so impressed with Swan Villas, Placencia and the people that we dealt with that we decided to extend our stay an extra 3 weeks!.. ...I don't think that you can get a better recommendation than that. We are going to return in the future and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Located in Maya Beach, Casa Chachalaca provides accommodation with a private pool, a patio and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. The host is amazing and very responsive and helpful! I took 4 daughters and all of them absolutely loved the property. The beach is right out the back door and it’s clean and the water is so warm and there’s no rocks or seaweed. We loved having th beach right there. It was the most relaxing part of the trip. We even had a coconut drop and the kids got to open thier own coconut. We drove to the grocery store 12min away (we chose a larger one Publix) and cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfy and the AC was helpful. Beautiful stay for a great price. Having laundry in the house with a dryer was a bonus
