Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The air-conditioned accommodation is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. The location was perfect for our group! Close to everything and the pool was an added bonus! Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the evening.

The property looked beautiful, clean and the host was very helpful. While the pool was quite small, it was perfect for us with our smallish kids. Bigger kids and adults would struggle to swim in it but it is perfect for a dip.

The kitchen had all of the amenities including a washer and dryer. But the best was an orange male iguana in the backyard. The lagoon and various restaurants and Kenn's market are within walking distance. Definitely off the beaten path for those that like the sounds of birds and an occasional howler monkey!
