Room very clean

The room is big and comfortable. The air conditioner is also good and cold. The room is very clean and the rooms are protected by a sliding door that can only be open with room card. The TV channels are good too (not RTB only channel)

The Lady at the concierge called mrs Sydney was very available to organize my taxi trips even when i was outside the hotel. Excellent value for money, very clean.

Very clean, near supermarket and staffs very helpful and friendly

The staff is amazingly helpful. Location, everything is within walking distance. Transfers to and from the airport and to selected locations. Breakfast is good. You can even buy a sim card at the hotel. Very clean and quiet, which is most important to us. And by the way, the people of Brunei are amazing, thanks to them for hospitality

Very clean and spacious rooms! We arrived at midnight and staff was helpful with organising pick up for us. Very good value for money

The room is very clean

Location central, literally few minutes walk from the main mosque and mall. Staff very polite (as is typical in Brunei). Very clean and housekeeping accommodating to bring up facilities as and when needed (including at 3am when my daughter vomited). Large family of 7 we are so extremely pleased to have an interconnected room, which essentially meant like an apartment with two full shower rooms. Comfy beds and pillows.

The staff is amazing. They are so nice. Perfect location. 10min walk from everything. Thank you so much for the pick up drop off shuttle. Very clean and quiet room.
