Located 550 metres from the Central Black Sea Beach in Sozopol, Villa Rosi features a large lush garden with a fountain and seating area. Free WiFi is also available. Very good location, less than 10 by walk from the bus stop and roughly 10 mins from the central beach; spacious apartment with air conditioner, comfortable beda and pillows, big terraces with wonderful view to the hills, living spaces and bathroom fully equipped, very friendly and helpful hosts!

The villa was equipped with everything needed from coffee capsules to laundry detergents. The location was great, close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bulgaria. Although it is located close to the beach, at the same time you are in the nature, feeling far away from the city and the noise.

The place is brand new, with nice wooden houses which still smell like wood. They are well equipped, with new furniture. The houses near some old bungalows. It's probably not yet suitable for small children to be left to play and run around, but the owner shared that his idea is to be even more kids friendly. There are free parking spaces at the site. There is also a free transport to the beach but we didn't have the chance to try it. Overall we were satisfied.

The view is stunning, and the sound of the waves adds to the perfect ambiance.

Wonderful, spacious sea view apartment. The hosts were so nice and helped us with getting settled, they were great!

This is a wonderful house with all the amenities you will need and more. It's quite close to the beach (15 min slow walk) and shops like Lidl. I loved the fact that each bedroom has a toilet, shower, and a terrace (and what a view you get from one of them)! There is also fast Internet, TV, access to a swimming pool and private parking! The host was very accommodating, as we checked in early and were quick to reply!

Very cosy and comfortable. Safe and secure. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Located close to a variety of beaches to choose from .

The property is located right in the middle of old town, close to restaurants and has quick access to the beach. Parking lot is also really close (around 5 minutes walking distance). The property fits 4 people. We appreciated the fact that the property had an iron + iron table. There was a fridge for each floor. The streets around the house are quiet over night. The host was very kind to us when we asked for a late check out (stayed at the property until 5PM, even though we were supposed to leave at 11AM). All around great experience, highly recommend for a family with kids or 2 couples.
