Hotel is centrally located and offers great rooms. Comfortable beds, amazing bath very considerate service overall, breakfast was above average for smaller hotels. This is the best place I have stayed in in my childhood town - Pleven. It was quiet and very clean. The host is super helpful and easygoing. Walking distance to the central part of the town.
