Everything is designed to be incredibly convenient. The fireplace creates such a cozy atmosphere, and it was always warm. You can use the heated panels, radiators, and the fireplace to keep the place nice and toasty. They provided plenty of towels, coffee capsules, tea, and lots of thoughtful little touches for guests. The property was impeccably clean. The host, Kostyaeva, was very responsive and answered us immediately via WhatsApp. Everything was just perfect. We’ll definitely come back again. It was a fantastic experience, and we had an amazing time celebrating New Year’s here. Absolutely outstanding!

Location slightly out of Klagenfurt but access via Uber in the evenings was fine. We used this as a base for the United World Games. All facilities were as expected.
