Location was ideal to overlook the ocean. Still within walking distance to the village with all it‘s restaurants, while we primarily did our own BBQ in the terrace.
Little cold in wintertime, but easy to overcome with an additional blanket. Could even see a whale from the terrace. Good grocery shopping within 5 min drive.
Pretty safe and secure area. Boulders Beach with the Penguins is just a short drive away, same as Cape of Good Hope. Easy to reach Capetown in just about 40min drive or to get a driver to bring you to the Franschoek Wine Tram about 90 min away.

Everything the Villa is a real home from home! From the heated pool to the well quipped kitchen. Liked every aspect. Smashing location great for both activities and gorgeous restaurants. Stayed a week and wasn’t long enough hopefully returning next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain Bay! The house is very close to the main attractions in the area. The room was very clean and spacious, and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. We had secure parking space and an amazing pool. During our stay we rented a scooter and fully enjoyed the wonderful surroundings.

Sharon's accommodation is wonderful, Sharon is super nice. I landed in the evening and arrived at Sharon's a little stressed. Their homemade pizza and drinks made me happy. The accommodation is very modern and very clean. I was particularly impressed by the pools (number 2). From there you can watch the sea, just great.
Unfortunately my stay was too short. I look forward to seeing you again, dear Sharon. I hope you continue to have great guests and that they appreciate everything you have to offer.
Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Beach close and very clean. Water warm. Beautiful view overlooking the sea. Nice to have the SPA on site. Lot's to do and see in Simonstown close by.
Fantastic views of the mountain, ocean and naval base! Balcony is a plus as it made the room feel bigger. Kitchenette was well equipped, and very clean. Coffee was delicious!
