It is a villa with an upper floor, a hall and a kitchen. The house is beautiful and has a garage for the car and a small yard. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and utensils, but for your information, it does not overlook the sea at all. The distance from the house to the sea is about 400 meters. It does not have sound insulation, as you hear any movement in the house very clearly, and you hear any voice from the people in the house, as the upper floor is made of wood. All the sounds of walking up or down are audible, and you hear the toilet flushing. But in general, if you have a car, the place is good. I advise the owner of the house to put a mattress with a heater in it.

This is not the first time that we have stayed at Picnic Rock and will not be the last. We just love to stay there. The apartment is very clean and neat and the views are spectacular. There is definitely no better place to stay in Keurboomstrand other than a Picnic Rock. Quality bedding and towels. Perfect place for a romantic getaway.
The room was very clean, and the location was superb. We had a view of the ocean and sunset every night. The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruit, Yoghurt, muesli and juice every day. The host, Michelle, was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant situated below our room was very convenient, the staff were friendly, and the food was great.
