A spacious comfortable and well equipped cottage set in a beautiful garden only 5 minutes drive from the centre of the village. Our host, Angus was extremely attentive and helpful. He gave us lots of information about hiking in the local area, where to eat etc. Nothing was too much trouble.

The cottage is in immaculate condition, with all that is needed for a really relaxing stay. Dave and Alba were wonderful hosts. The garden is magnificent, with a fantastic view of the three Hogsback peaks. We can highly recommend Peartree Cottage!

Beautiful garden with great views ( when it wasn't cloudy!) Great host and lots of space
Property was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a great weekend away. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is large but surprisingly cosy. I have stayed in Hogsback multiple times but this was by far my favourite accommodation.
It is an amazing setting with wonderful views. Would have loved to stay longer and take in the beautiful environment.

Very easy to get hold of my keys and the directions were clear and easy to follow. View was amazing and very clean cottage. Complimentary coffee and tea was very welcome after our long trip. Food at the restaurant was top 10 in my opinion.
The Cabin was very clean and well kitted out. It was very cold, and we appreciated the electric blankets and heater. We loved the location and enjoyed all the spring flowers and colours.
The restaurant was superb, we enjoyed the good food in front of the fire place. Will defiantly be back.
The hosts were incredible. Jenny and Norman went out of their way to ensure our stay was hassle-free.
The Cottage was completely private and quiet, and allowed for a very relaxing stay.
