Lovely seperate cottage , very clean with all facilities, also small kitchen and terrace.

Our unit had its own private pool, which was wonderful after a long, hot day on the road. In addition to towels in the bathroom, beach towels were provided for the pool. The unit itself was large, comfortable, well equipped and clean. In addition to air-conditioning, the unit had solar-powered lights for load shedding. Check-in was easy and the hosts friendly and helpful. And the views were stunning!
Dawn was the perfect hostess, very friendly and made our stay an unforgettable experience. The place was very clean and indeed above our expectations. I loved the peace and quietness and the food were delicious. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to sleep over and I will certainly go back for another visit. Thank you Dawn!!!!!!😘😘

The house itself is great, it has a lovely atmosphere with windows around that provide an amazing view! It is very clean and the kitchen has the nescecary equipment.
Calvinia is a nice town, we enjoyed food at Die blauw naartjie, really nice south african cuisine!
The pool and garden are nice and spacious.
It was a lovely stay, no comments or improvements that I could think of!
This small lodge was really nice in a quiet part of Calvinia.The room was big and very clean.Nice outside sitting after a long drive.Dawn, the owner was very friendly and prepared a nice, fresh breakfast for us.Very reasonable rate for this level of lodge.
The facilities were very clean and all we needed. The Donkeys was a bonus and interesting to watch. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the facility to everyone. Will definitely visit again
Great location in a quiet area of town. Lovely old cottage that has great outdoor seating for having a wine or chatting with friends. Within a two minute walk to shops as well. Very clean and everything you need for a self catering holiday
