Everything was really comfortable . House keeping was done really well , all the staff was very friendly. The decorating was really good. Absolutely gorgeous home with stunning panoramic view of the sea. Very spacious inside with high ceiling and lots of separate spaces. Well equipped kitchen with gas hob. Daily housekeeping; everything was very neat and tidy. Secure parking and alarm system; all felt very safe.

lovely old Bushmans home but tastefully renovated and well equipped. The position in its best attribute, being near to the sea and river with a slight river view. The rooms are large and comfortable. The outside pictures dont do the house justice as once u enter it is homely with a kitchen that is overly equipped with everything u would need for a family.
we only used the main house so I can't say anything about the flatlet which has extra bedrooms. I booked for 6 adults and we only used the 3 bedrooms in the house- luckily we ended up being 5 and so sharing wasn't an issue. Maybe they need to check next time if it is couples or singles who may want sep rooms as u pay for the entire 10 sleeper even if u are fewer guests.
Host did offer us a late check out which was appreciated.

Such a comfortable stay, everything you need you need and more. Really appreciated all the little "extras" supplied like salt and pepper, biscuits, multiple coffee options etc. All the body & hand washes & shampoos were full sized and smelled divine. The little enclosed yard was perfect for our small dog and she loved playing on the open lawn.
