The villa is located just 100 meters from the sea and has access to a private beach — a perfect spot to relax by the water. Additionally, there’s a water park just five minutes away, making it even more enjoyable for the whole family. It was the second house up from the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. We went in October so the swimming pool was closed for the winter! I laughed at winter as it doesn’t seem cold at all. It was like the uk summer!!
The house had everything you need. Little goodies were left for our arrival and the lady who owns the place was attentive and helpful:
The water was warm in oct in the sea- there are pools in other resorts to use some for a few some free.
if you go to the top of the road turn right there is a small market—— if you walk past this market you will get to cafe Paris market and that has a lot more options then the 4 seasons market and cheaper.
You can get a great breakfast from cafe Paris and their fresh orange juice is fab.
You do need a car to come here. You can get a rental car at the airport. We didn’t do this as we were staying with friend first who picked us up.
You are out of a main area so having a car means you can visit and do all the things you want to do there.

The pictures do not do this fabulous place justice. Right on a gorgeous private beach, all the mod cons you could wish for. Impeccably clean! Hatice was a lovely host, able to be contacted throughout our stay.

No beach area, tiny bit of sand, on a main road, promenade dangerous and not interesting. Walked to harbour, few nice restaurants, rest of the area is really run down and derelict. Hotel nice if you have kids and want a small aqua park and chill round pool. Hotel was very clean, spa massages amazing and very good value. Just surrounding area didn't meet our expectations. Restaurant, zero to the sea and was nice. Room beds hard, no blackout curtains so awake at 6! And air con old and noisy!!
The villa has a direct sea view from balconies and bedrooms. Only 100m walking to a sandy beach. It was very clean with three big bedrooms. Has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very hospitable and communicative host with willigness to solve every little problem. Definitely coming back!
This place was exceptional! The beach is a stone's throw away from the balcony with amazing views. I was welcomed with huge smiles and delicious local refreshments. The house was very clean with good attention to detail. House was in a gated holiday site with calm and quiet environment.
We booked the studio style apartament for 7 nights in June.The owner easy going person,everything explained. The apartament nice, very clean, the kitchen well equiped. The area very beautiful, only 3 min.walking to the beach. We found Cafe de Paris, cash witdraw mashine and small shop 5 min.by walking.
The house was very clean and well decorated, very convenient. Everything you need is available at home. The site has its own beach, it was quite comfortable. I advise.
