The location was exceptional and so very picturesque. The staff was fantastic and, on a day messed up by Typhoon Trami, were ever so accommodating and lovely and so apologetic (not their fault at all) that we could not go ahead with our schedule as planned. Loved our stay here

+ We booked at the last minute. Although we only had 1 night and half the next day to stay at Timothy house, we were very impressed with the local people here in the early morning, we woke up and walked about 7 minutes to visit Bao Vinh old town, besides that we went through a river in Bao Vinh located between 2 branches of Bo river and Huong river creating natural beauty (boats and people fishing on the river) This is a rare image left in Vietnam

Wonderful staff, the room was lovely and very clean! Bar on the top floor was good but the spa was even better. They even decorated our room for our honeymoon 😊
This family is great,they understand how important is hygiene and to have a very good breakfast,so you can find a room very clean and a great fresh food just prepared in the morning,they can provide anything a normal tourist need in hue,from rental moto,to bus ticket and they make to feel at home.
The gh is closed by the center in a small alloway thay doesn't make to feel the crowd and noise.
Staff were excellent and couldn’t be more friendly or helpful! During our 4 week stay, they gave us great recommendations on activities and tours, as well as providing transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast was also very good, with a variety of western and Vietnamese options. Room was always left very clean, with complementary water and fresh fruit each day.
Dorm room was very clean and quiet. Beds were spacious and air conditioning was good. Friendly staff let us check in when we arrived at 7am.
Rented a scooter easily from reception
it was really a perfect place to stay! the rooms were very clean, large and modern and the bathroom and outdoor shower was wonderful. we had a private pool which was fantastic with views over the lagoon. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Christy, who was always there to improve our stay. the shuttle bus service to hue and the beach was a nice touch and just made the stay that bit easier. the resort is actually quite spread out but bikes are provided which is a really nice touch
The private villas are very spacious and very clean. Due to the weather we couldn't use the private pool, but it's a nice space for groups or families traveling together.
The shared pool is heated, which is very nice. The heaters and aircons in the room worked really well.
The staff at the reception were exceptional and helped us with taxis when we couldn't find grabs and organizing a cooking class at the property.
