The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It was placed at a very nice spot in the city within the best mall in Caracas. Despite it takes part of a Hotel facility, the room itself is handled by a third party owner, not the hotel itself, it was not a problem though. The guest receives a card to handle the lifter and entrance as any other hotel guest visitor.
The restroom and bath area was great, wide, and clean.
The rooms are in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. The owners were very helpful & happy people. The breakfast was for me perfect. The room was very clean with wifi, TV and a/c. I want to visit Caracas again and stay there 🤩🤩🤩

Perfect location with very big and comfortable rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony and really comfortable being and linen. Even though you can tell the hotel hasn't gone under renovations for at least a decade considering some little details on the pieces of furniture or the safe that would not work, it is still in a general way very well maintained and very clean. The swimming pool area is nice.
I had an excellent stay here for almost a week in total.
Very nice atmosphere, good food, very clean, the nice balcony is every morning visited by macaws. The hotel is run by a family, they are very friendly and helpful, the son speaks excellent English. Also they can help you with transportation
