It was clean and a great location. Street parking right in front of the small studio worked fine. The furnishings were comfortable, but no luggage racks so nowhere to put a suitcase.

Large house with 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms which is great for large families. Plenty of yard space to play outdoor sports. The above ground pool is large and the kids loved it. Location was very good for the state parks and Seneca Lake.

Beautiful location out in the country. Amazing backyard space with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a grill, and some patio furniture. We got to see lots of stars and fireflies in the night. Short drive to Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen (which offers nice dining options). Plenty of bedding and towels. Hosts provided hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking and dishes, as well as basics like oil, salt, and pepper. There’s TV, football table and board games for entertainment.

It's cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Barbecue and campfire in the evenings further enhanced our vacation. The location is very good. Fresh air and fireflies in the evening. Everything is just great.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Lovely stay, very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly. Excellent dinner menu in quiet surroundings. Hope they add in the option for breakfast by the time I come back next year. Highly recommend

Our room overlooked the lake and had a balcony which was perfect. Very clean. Good location very close to shops and restaurants, an easy walk. We can recommend an excellent restaurant next door. Loved the fire pits in the garden. Water and soft drinks can be purchased in the hotel. Lots of parking spaces. Very knowledgeable and friendly gardeners and the cleaners were helpful.
