We were so excited to see that each space had its own temperature control. We rented this home with my mother and father-in-law. They were coming from Panama in Central America and we were coming from Fairbanks Alaska. Us Alaskans are overheating at anything over 40° while Mom and Dad freeze at anything less than 75. It was so convenient that they could just warm their own bedroom to go warm up and sleep comfortably.
