The property is on a winding country road in a residential, but rural area, south of Kingston and North of New Paltz - a great location for exploring those cities as well as Poughkeepsie and Hyde Park across the Hudson. The home was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay of any length of time. There were multiple options for making coffee (Keurig and Black and Decker thermal carafe) as well as coffee pods, sweeteners and such. There are ample towels and basic supplies, like paper towels, toiletries and such. In short, a quiet, comfortable home.
The Stables is located in Kingston, just 16 miles from Historic Huguenot Street and 17 miles from Loren Campbell Baseball Field.

Wow what a great place to stay! Beautifully decorated horse themed large apartment with full kitchen, large living room and comfortable bath. Owners are the best and always available but not intruding. Very convenient location. Near both the Hudson River waterfront area and hip uptown shopping district with lots of restaurants. Great place to stay for a weekend!

Great communication from the owner. Place was adorable and close to all the places we wanted to see.
Excellent wifi, a small waffle maker with mix, popcorn, olive oil, wonderful shampoo / conditioner/ body wash. Toothbrush & toothpaste in case it was forgotten. No crazy check-out list. Thoughtful touches.

Beautifully designed house, great shower and good air quality! Very quiet and pretty location. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the bathroom floor was gorgeous! We appreciated the laundry room too.
