Nice size for a couple or for a family with one or two small children (bunk beds in the hall and a very small bedroom). Small but well stocked kitchen. Full size fridge and stove and we had plates, cups, cookware and a coffee maker. Well stocked with towels and sheets. Very nice, large oceanfront balcony with 2 comfortable high deck chairs and a small table. It is really not possible to get any closer to the ocean; unfortunately, this means there is no beach several hours leading up to high tide and several hours after. Quiet beach.
