Jay's property was absolutely perfect for our getaway. Incredibly clean, comfortable, spacious, and fun! Everything we needed and more. We had our two year old with us and she loved playing in the yard. The king bed was so comfortable I'm pretty sure my kid slept through the night! We will definitely be returning!

The property was so spacious, very clean and very quiet. Loved the huge kitchen/living space with wonderful views. It was also handy having three toilets for our party of four. Beds were very comfy, too. The master bedroom was huge, and the jacuzzi bath/toilet area, if a little quirky in design was a nice touch - views of the mountain while soaking in the bath. Great to have a washing machine/tumble dryer, and also microwave and oven etc - it made it feel like a home from home and allowed us to self-cater and sort out washing after 6 days in NYC. We made good use of the board games provided, and also the comfy chairs on the patio. We had a car so it was easy to access nearby Hunter and Tannersville for food shopping and restaurants/cafes, plus other areas of the Catskills. The hosts were very quick to come back to us when we had a couple of questions before our trip.
