The neighborhood was safe and fun, and proximity to grocery store was perfect. The house itself was lovely and had everything we needed. Parking was in the alley behind the house and we were able to do so early which was very helpful.

Nice, stylish comfortable house. Great location , short drive to everything. Neat, clean , well stocked and comfortable house. Cute patio in the back. Beds were comfortable and the host had thought of everything including portable fans in each room, extra towels, well stocked kitchen , bedside lamps with touch on and off, and USB slots etc. Would gladly stay here again next time in I. DC. Parking was very easy to find on the weekend. Host was very communicative every time I had questions.

Very nice house in a great location. The property was exceptionally clean and well put together. The kitchen facilities were great and made breakfast and several of our meals easier to handle. The living room was well-designed for interactive games with my family which was really nice. My kids enjoyed having the pool table available to use. Overall I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the DC area. It is very close to Greenbelt Metro station and several restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is a quiet one and easy to access. Next time we are visiting DC, we will definitely be back.

Wow, these hosts thought of everything! The house was very well stocked. We had all the extra blankets/ pillows/ cookware we could have wanted. There was a TV on every level of the home, which can be important when traveling with a big group. Wireless speakers, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products, and detergents were available - many hosts make you buy your own. I really appreciated that aspect.
The location is walking distance from two metro lines that go straight into downtown or anywhere else you would want to go. Many, many bus stops nearby, as well.
The home itself is larger than it appears in the listing and gave everyone in our party room to spread out. Well-decorated, cozy, and perfect for a family vacation or a professional trip.
The host was personable and answered questions and fixed issues in a very timely manner.
Plus, the check-out instructions were very reasonable. There was no wild checklist that left us scrambling in the morning before leaving, a pet peeve of mine.
Overall, it was one of the best short-term rentals I've stayed in. Highly recommend.

The location is good and with nice neighbors. Somes spots to park the car in the street. Few shops can be reached by walking and most of the shops by car within 15/20 minutes. The house is big and have plenty of beds (we didn't go in the basement that much though). Beds are very good quality and we all slept super well. Showers were also good (nice pressure and nice hot water)
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
I thought it was really good that I was able to check in at 3:00 and check out at 12:00 the next day, which was really good, because I was able to rest. And I really enjoyed the hotel, like the Jacuzzi pool in the room. spacious Clean very clean
James and another front desk Staff I don't quite well remember his name were ever so welcoming and friendly. However there was a another front desk staff who was so rude and unhelpful to the extend that James had to step in and assist and it was such a basic thing to do with the exchange rates and payments on our UK cards.
The rooms were a good size and very clean the bathroom was also very clean
Perfect area! Very close to Rockville downtown and the many tasty restaurants! The host is nice and the room is very clean. I happen to meet theri big cute dog and had fun with it.
