James was a great and friendly host. The house was much bigger than it looks in pictures, and has 3 separated bedroom areas which made for a wonderful and private stay with a larger extended family. It is located in a quiet area of Williams but very accessible to the Downtown and the train station. The house was super clean and well stocked and well furnished.

The location is beautiful. The house is nice and cosy, we liked it there a lot. The host is extremely nice and helpful, he fixed the heating issue in no time, and gave us snacks and wine afterwards. What a nice gesture! He also provided us with LOTS of tips and locations for our visit.
The location is perfect to visit Grand Canyon. Inside the house you can find a very well equipped kitchen. The beds are big and cosy. The shower is also big, and you can find towels, hair dryer and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I would definitely recommend the place. I heard that the owner will soon introduce the outside grill, so please be patient :) I am already jealous of future guests because the outside of the home is also beautiful. Please check the weather because Williams gets a bit cold at night in late October :)

Definitely plan your stay to use this beautiful place to take a break and sit outside listen to the wind or get connected with both of them and have a lovely evening as we did.

Great location and so peaceful. Was used as a base for visiting The Grand Canynon which ws about an hour's drive away,
The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for a party of four.
Ryan was a great host who contacted us a couple of times to ensure all was well and responed quickly to the one question we had.
