The location is wonderful, steps from the beach. There are ocean views from the deck. The property is immaculate, all linens are provided, beds are comfortable, and it is quiet. We did not find the stairs to the 3rd floor challenging as mentioned in other reviews. Plenty of tp, paper towels, and bath towels. We have been going to the Jersey shore for many years and this is now one of my favorite properties to stay!

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Excellent location to beach and boardwalk. The pool area had plenty of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. Staff were pleasant, helpful and available 24 hours. Very clean.
The room I stayed in was nicely decorated, very clean, and comfy. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, and good black-out shades to keep out the early morning sun. The AC unit was loud but thankfully very cool, plus there were two ceiling fans to keep the air circulating. All in all a great room and I'd book it again. Phyllis at check-in was super friendly and helpful, too.
It was in a newly renovated condo building in OC. Most things in the unit are new or very clean. They had everything we needed there for the night to be very comfortable during our stay.
The apartment was very clean and looked like it had recently been refurbished. The location was great- right next to a nice breakfast place and only a 6-7 min walk to the boardwalk. Parking was easy on the street in front. Access was easy using codes for the front door and apartment door. The fold-down bed was comfortable with nice firm mattress.
Above all, the hosts were excellent. Shay and Kyle could not have been more helpful and eager to give us a good stay. Importantly, they were also very easy to contact.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped and check in and parking were very straightforward. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless.
Everything was perfect except that for us the apartment was a bit too small. I'm sure for most people it would be ideal.
