Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Check in was very friendly and welcoming. Their email communication was excellent. They went over and above expectations as I needed to add a third person last minute to our booking which was no trouble. It was very clean and comfortable. 2 minute walk to the beach and to the main strip. Thank you.
The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We were only there to sleep. I was dropping my son off to the coast guard station. I didn’t have enough time to really explore but would definitely stay again while visiting my son!
The motel is in a perfect location. Our room had a nice view of the beach and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room had nice amenities (mini fridge, cook top, pots and pans, microwave, smart tv)
The apartment is like a campus with many buildings around a general area which is directly on the beach. It has a free parking space and free complimentary breakfast with 6-7 options to choose from.
The room was overall very clean - sheets, towels, bathroom cosmetics provided.
Staff was neutral/friendly upon requesting extra blankets. The vibe of the restaurant was great.
the staff is amazing it is a very simple and cute hotel very clean, location is perfect. the pool was amazing and the bed was very comfortable I highly recommend it is a great price value hotel.
Wonderful hotel - centrally located, very clean and well maintained, great pool and access to beach (inc. beach chair and umbrellas)
Loved the garden and the fire pit which was available every night until 11 pm and appreciated the complimentary coffee and muffins/fruit they provide fresh every morning.
This will be our new address in Montauk - a bit pricey but worth every penny
