Amazing view. Plenty of space for our group. Easy to get to the activities we planned. Beautiful river just a quarter mile from the home. Master bathroom was fabulous and laundry very convenient in master bath.

The house was immaculate and had everything you could ever need. Pots, pans, cutlery, seasonings. The home was modern and well furnished to accommodate our family of four. The location of this property is excellent. Views of the mountains from the front, easy access to main road into Franconia, nice shower (pressure and temperature), comfortable bed, good wifi and streaming services, cosy woodstove and lots of wood provided. The cottage is rustic and yet very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second toilet is a bonus. We loved everything about our stay.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Staff are very friendly and they are doing the best they can to suits your needs. Large and comfortable room. Very clean also, I would definitely recommend.
