Stayed for my husband's birthday week (he hasn't been to Lake George since he was a teen) and it was my first time. Thomas was able to accommodate our goldendoodle as well - and we all had a blast. All the essentials we needed were in the cottage, we had plenty of rest, and I was able to work at the same time. If you needed anything, town was about 10-15 minute drive away. Plenty of sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping.

My family and I went on a vacation over the weekend. We all extremely loved the property. The owner and his wife were extremely loving and caring and sweet people. The rooms were beautiful. The home was very clean & comfortable. Well stocked with bathroom, kitchen, & grilling supplies. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved having the extra bathrooms! The outdoor porches were lovely to relax on and enjoy nature. Location across from the Hudson River was amazing. You can hear the water from inside the home & easily walk down to the water.

We really enjoyed the waterfront decks & firepits in the evening. Had a spectacular view of the fireworks! The gas grills were an added bonus allowing us to grill steaks one night. Beds were very comfy. Rooms were very clean. No breakfast, but we were within walking distance to other places.
We arrived the Thursday before Memorial Day, things were pretty quite in Town which was great, the Manager of the Hotel upgraded our room which was a great surprise, the 2 queen bed room with lake views is an awesome room, very clean and spacious, we had covered car parking, beds and pillows very comfortable, fridge, microwave, extra sink which was a bonus
Huge room (thanks for the free upgrade to King Suite!) , very clean & comfortable bedding & bathroom. Breakfast was simple but hot & tasty. Very friendly staff at desk & In breakfast room.
