Both the evening and morning staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived ahead of a blizzard and the night staff mgr. offered to help us with extending our stay if necessary.
The rooms and lobby were very clean, and the beds and room very comfortable.
Hotel was easy to get to. Right off the main road that wasn't overly busy. My room was very clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast had limited options but what was available was good. The beach area was well taken care of. You could tell it has been recently raked. The staff was absolutely amazing. I was traveling alone and had a few requests because of a medical condition. They happily listened and reassure me that they would handle things if a situation were to arise.
Our room was spacious and clean, with all of the usual amenities plus a really nice couch. The breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of options.
The pool, water slide, lazy river and jacuzzi were very clean and a lot of fun!
