Great house! Plenty of space inside for our group of 7 and also appreciated the outdoor space and garage for bikes. A quick stopover for a mtn bike trip but would definitely stay again!

The desert themes and decor were very fitting for Fruita, and it was nice to be able to choose a bedroom. The kitchen is huge and nicely appointed, its appliances as well as the washing machine were easy to use. The hosts left notes explaining a few unique "features" of the property. We were there under the heat dome and the A/C worked just fine. We loved being a short walk (~5 blocks) from downtown Fruita, and if the temperatures would have been normal we'd have enjoyed the semi-private back yard. There's off-street parking for multiple vehicles. Easy to access on a major road but relatively little traffic noise.

Well appointed as is the usual La Quinta experience. Very comfortable beds, very clean, all fine. I assume it was an older hotel that was updated recently as it had one of those toilets that flush like Niagara falls. I really liked tje breakfast too.
Love the bed. Easy to sleep soundly. Very clean room with plenty of space. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for a great shower. Very nice hot breakfast (sausage, eggs, hash browns, biscuits, gravy). Clean laundry facility, $4 to wash and dry. Super friendly and helpful staff. New hallway carpets are very nice.
We were allowed an early check in and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great with a balance of everything you would require to start your day. The room was a great size and the location was easy for most things Grand Junction. Close to the I70 and a short drive to the wine districts of Palisade.
