It is new and cool and decorated well. Everything needed was there and more. Good parking...comfy bed...kitchen well stocked for use. Fun place with electric fireplace! Three great bedrooms all upstairs with a cool sitting area and laundry up there as well as 1 full bath and a half bath too! Full bath downstairs too...but no bedroom on first floor.

We stayed for one night with four people in one of the small cottages at Bar Harbor Cottages & Suites, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Joe, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Next time, we’d likely book two cottages or opt for a larger one since it was a bit tight with four of us, but that’s just a note for larger groups! Overall, the price-to-value ratio is excellent, and we’d happily stay here again.

EVERYTHING. Vira is a great host, we found a cozy atmosphere at our arrival. The house is was clean, the kitchen was clean and well provided with coffee, sugar, salt and fresh water in the fridge.
The bathroom was clean and full of towels.
Bedrooms are very spacious.
And the terrace is the perfect spot to relax and admire the natural surroundings.

Price and location. The room met expectations, very clean, comfortable beds and exceptionally fluffy bath towels which we loved. Parking right outside each door, set far enough back from the main road insured the place was quiet. SUPRISE BONUS - complimentary potato chips, popcorn, chocolate bars and carbonated water!

Very clean facilities, laundry facilities. Room had tv, fridge and microwave. Staff helpful and knowledgeable on the area. On the go breakfast had a wide range of food and high quality.
Everything was in place before we arrived and we really didn’t need to go to the office to check in so communications were excellent. Rooms are cosy yet have all necessary amenities. Bathrooms were modern and very clean. Would strongly recommend this establishment.
My first ever time to Maine (and the East Coast) was most enjoyable. The hotel room was very clean, the bed quite comfortable, location superb, and the staff met every expectation.
We stayed our previous night in Augusta but wish, now, that we'd booked both nights in Ellsworth.
