227 Swedes Street is only two blocks from the beach, shops and eating establishments. The townhouse is spacious and well maintained. There were six of us and we had plenty of room and didn't fall all over each other. The kitchen was well supplied and all the appliances were in great condition. Nice deck off the back and a large grill ready for use.

Lots of room, ground floor bedroom was great. Kitchen big with open floor plan and good quality equipment. Outdoor screened patio on little lake was nice. Easy parking too. Oh and dog friendly 🥰. Laundry modern and convenient. Easy to get to Rehoboth Beach, jazz fest venues, local shopping and restaurants.

There was a nice vibe here, the staff was friendly, and my oceanfront room was lovely. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great location and beautiful view!
The room wasn’t very clean we found dirty socks. Bathroom the toilet was to close to the wall you had to sit sideways. You could hear everything in the next room. Will not stay here again!
The room was very clean and nice it was just the time I stayed they were working on beach and it was all night long as well as daytime shook the bed ,lol,would have been nice if told beforehand
The staff was phenomenal - we requested a room on one of the upper floor and an early check in. They gave us more than we asked for: a room on the top floor and they sent us a message to let us know it was ready hours earlier than requested. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean- we will be back!
