Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
This is quite a new property with large rooms, quality bedding and furnishing. There is a large walk in shower. and everything is very clean. It is on the edge of town so there are no restaurants within walking distance but there is plenty of parking and it is not a great distance into town.
I did not check out the pool but the overall stay was excellent. Very clean and very fresh rooms when you walk in, did not try out breakfast since we have family living there and we went to have breakfast there.
The breakfast was great - not too busy and the food was hot and fresh - many options.
Everything to very clean and well maintained.
The bathrooms have nice big mirrors with great lighting and the beds are comfortable. Fridge and microwave in every room. Staff was also awesome!
It’s new, modern. There was ample parking. The lobby area was inviting, plenty of comfortable seating, and very clean. It’s easy to get to, close to restaurants, and conveniently close to Carlsbad National Park (25 miles). The king room was nicely decorated with a seating area. All staff we encountered we very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent - the normal eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, etc. The outdoor pool area was not open at the time of our visit.
