Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Friendly lady who manage it. Friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Large apartment that has what you need and its very clean. We did not speak the same languages but managed to work it out just fine.
Good location and, nice and cozy place. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, bathroom is very clean.
More than enough storage space.
There is no bed, just the sofa. It was comfortable and spacy but was a bit too soft for me. This is not a disadvantage, and is totally fine - but this is something to consider, if you prefer firm mattress.
It’s an exceptional apartment for its money! Very clean and it feels that the host does their best to make it comfortable and cosy! You have all the appliances and plenty of space for two to stay even for some period of time. The apartment is in the old house with wooden staircase that adds some atmosphere of an authentic culture of the city.
A very clean and affordable hotel in a good location. Parking was free in the hotel yard. Very friendly receptionist. The breakfast is quite good, although it is quite limited when you only have to choose one option from the list. However, the price is very affordable.

My room was Deluxe Double or Twin Room. It was a good choice. The room is big and newly renovated, huge TV. It was warm, very clean, with sleepers, shampoo, everything what needed. It was quiet with windows to the yard. The location is right in the center, very convenient, with food stores, cafes, shopping mall nearby. Also good that there is a secured parking area. I liked breakfast as well. It is not buffet, but 4 options were suggested to choose, tasty enough. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel in Lutsk. Rooms are a bit small, but has a very comfortable bed. Very clean rooms. Darina and Sasha are very helpful during my stays at the hotel. I will surely stay here again.
