This place was beautiful! We loved that it was set back from the beach so it was quiet, yet we had easy access to the ocean and we had a wonderful view of the turquoise waters from our large covered balcony. The balcony was an extension of our huge and pleasant room. A delicious and plentiful breakfast was delivered to our balcony each morning.
The owner was very kind! He allowed us to stay extra time, since our taxi wasn't arriving until after check-out time.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. The staff was amazing, from the chef to the security guard to the cleaners everyone was so kind and welcoming. The place is huge with many amenities. The pool is wonderful! Many drinks stocked in the fridge and Luciana made sure to get us more immediately when we asked. Food for breakfast was excellent! We got massages and it was wonderful, the rooftop massage room is great, you get to relax and hear the waves crash. Truly a sublime stay!

We recently had an amazing stay at this wonderful villa in Jambiani. The property was a perfect blend of modern luxury and local charm, with high standards with a cozy atmosphere. High quality furniture, sinks, bath tub (we’re attentive to details: Villeroy&Boch you usually have at your own house or in the 5 stars hotels), nice and comfortable beddings. Everything is made for yourself - good quality and expensive materials. The villa is well designed, super stylish and comfortable. A lot of space, highest ceilings, especially a second floor - so to say a master bedroom - is a huge open space loft around 80 sq m. Quite unique.
Jambiani is one of the nicest aria on the island (we’ve been travelling all over, stayed almost everywhere from the north to the south). Much less touristic comparing to Nungwe, cleaner, more authentic, less crowded. We loved the restaurant which Sasha recommended us when we arrived, and after exploring all over - it was the best food in Zanzibar.
Beach is 3 minutes away, you need to walk through a local village, first it was a bit surprising, but then we actually liked it - you see a real life, everyone is friendly (totally safe!) and no one is trying to sell you anything (so rare in Zanzibar lol)
The host helped us during all our stay, was incredibly responsive, Sasha organised our transfer from the airport, renting a car, helped with the driving licence, gave a plenty of great and useful recommendations.

We had a very pleasant experience in the RoRi Private Luxury Villas. The villa offers a calm and private atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were always helpful and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my time there.
It’s also in a great location, with a lot of restaurants in a 5-10 minute walk away. The area is really peaceful, and there aren’t many people around, so our stay was incredibly private.
There is a village where you can buy fresh mangos, bananas, and pineapples (about 10 minutes walk). The villa itself is well-equipped, featuring two bathrooms, air conditioners, a water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, big selection of tea bags and soft drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. It's also well equipped for cooking if needed.
Our villa had electrical outlets that fit both European and British standards (and USB as well) so we could charge our phones without adapters.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend the place.

Great location directly at the beach. Nice beach, nice swimming pool. Good restaurant in the hotel and great cheap african restaurants very close behind the hotel. Very clean eberything, and friendly stuff, especially Lina. We liked the endless beach with a lot of great beach bars and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and the sunrise and ocean view is superb.
I stayed in Pili Pili Boho for 6 days had two large very clean and comfortable rooms. The services from the staff was excellent and very friendly. Special thanks to our hotel Manager Mustafa who made our stay extra special. Thank you again to Pili Pili hotels Zanzibar. We will be back!!
Loved our stay in this beautiful oasis. Set one street back from the beach (1 minute walk), this hotel feels like a relaxing retreat. Very clean but boho feel. Pool and facilities cleaned daily. All the staff were so lovely, the owners offered great recommendations and were always happy to chat. The breakfast service was amazing. Would definitely recommend Ocean Boho House to anyone staying in Jambiani

The best stay in Zanzibar. Very muslim friendly and also if you are not muslim you can enjoy the private pool for yourself and your family for several hours every day. Also the rooms are very big and with a nice temperature. Very big balcony to chill in without people looking inside because of the curtain you can close if you want. And last but not least, everything is very clean.
