This is the single best b&b/hostel I have every state at. The rings are all clean, well equipped, and the showers are spotless. The location of the main building is very central, and the apartment (available to groups) is just 20mn away and right next to the Taiwan Route 1 cycle path.
But the real joy of this accomodation is the host Maple. She is incredibly welcoming, and I mean above and beyond. When it says 'breakfast included', I didn't expect much but on check in Maple took me out to buy dinner at a local restaurant, and in the morning drove me through the morning market and bought me a wondeful breakfast there. She's an incredibly friendly, energetic host and seems to be friends with just about everyone in Changhua!
I seriously recommend this property to anyone, particularly the apartment for groups cycling the round Taiwan route.

wonderfully designed, exceptionally well equipped old town house in the famous "9 curve lane", with lots of food stalls and the market within minutes, but still quiet. we'll furnished, 2 bicycles at disposal. parking provided nearby (5' walk, though with large luggage maybe drop first nearby as streets have no walkways)

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. Room was spacious and very clean also the bathroom. AC powerful, beautiful view from the balcony, lots of amenities, very friendly staff (little English but google translate helps). Shared space was inviting.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
The location is very near to the MRT Station and Taichung Park.
The Staff is very helpful especially during typhoon time.
The staff give advice and conduct the transportation to Sun Moon Lake.
This hotel is in a great location just a quick bus ride away from the main station and just next to a nice night market. The self check-in worked perfectly and our room was very clean and had the described facilities. We could also store our luggage in a locker room after check-out. Overall, really a great hotel for staying in Taichung.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. She spoke fluent English as well as chinese and helped us wherever she could. The hostel itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were many showers and toilets on our floor as well which was convenient. Location is right beside the train station and central in the city of Taichung. In addition to this, free breakfast, coffee, earplugs and water refill was provided making it even more worth the price.
