Specially decorated accommodation. We liked it how it wasn't too boring and modern. Good location however if you have problem walking (I traveled with my mom), there are many steps of staircase to get to the accommodation from Jiu Fen.

This was a lovely little cottage set in an idyllic location, in the mountains. It was away from the chaos of Jiufen but only a 20 minute walk up forest paths (steps) to get there. The host was very attentive and supportive throughout our stay and there was a range of food provided for breakfasts.

Nikki was the most incredible host, she truly is amazing. You have the 2 bed property to yourself up on the hill with stunning views of the sea and surrounding area. Nikki lives a few door up and you can go there for a great breakfast, she sends you links by phone of restaurants, car parks at tourist sights and will assist you any way she can. The property is up on the hill as said so involves a few winding roads but without going up hill you won't get the views, also parking is around 100 mtrs from the property but this is flat and an easy walk. A gem of a find and a gem of a host .
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
I like everything about the room. The view is so magnificent and so relaxing. The room even though is small and not that fancy design room, but is very cosy, they put in the details in every corner. And very clean. They even provide the snacks and cup noodles for you, so thoughtful. She even let us in the room first without collecting the payment first, as they were not there yet. Very grateful for that as we were carrying heavy luggage and we got there earlier than the check in time. She is very nice and kind lady.
Great location. On a quiet street within 2 minutes' walk to jiufen old street. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Big toilet with rain shower and good water pressure. Beautiful view from our sea-facing room. Free parking for guests.
The B&B was very clean and great location to visit Jiufen - it is located at the top of the old town and there is a lovely view. The communal areas were great too and the room itself very clean.
Very clean and spacious; the host had thought of everything in the room which was perfect. It is located in a beautiful setting. We liked the pond with fish, frogs and a cheeky crab. Shower had lovely amenities. Bedding clean and comfy. Host even prepared a homemade pudding as part of the breakfast. What a lovely lady.
Quiet and convenient location, walk 5 mins to the old streets and the bus stop to Ruifang.
The room and the whole place is very clean.
The property is old, like most places in Jufen, but the room we used has a decent size.
