I stayed with my mum and 3 family friend members for 7 nights in the villa. The villa is spacious and has beautiful view around the villa has total 6 bedrooms all with AC.
The ground floor has a corridor with 1 master room with double bed another two normal bedroom with twin beds each and there is a shared toilet. There is also a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven and fridge with freezer and a dining table. Also there is a washing machine and dryer with vacuum and floor wiper equipment in the laundry room with iron and ironing table and a living room with a Tv and two big sofas and two armchairs.
The second room has three bedrooms one with double bed and another with twin beds and third with triple beds and a shared bathroom in the corridor. There is an area in the same villa (second floor kept locked for office use for the owner).
The owner is very kind and friendly and he responds gladly without any delay, he was waiting for us when we reached and was kind to explain about the villa and how to use things in it although we were late to reach due to the road and not having good internet connection at the first date when we reached. The villa is very nice for family and has a place out side with fire place and pantry with very nice seating where you can enjoy sitting and relaxing or having a BBQ night while watching the stars at night.
It takes around 18 minutes to reach the villa from the main road as the villa is located in high place where having a good car that has power for driving the rough road is a must, so if you are visiting this beautiful place keep in mind that you will need to drive in rough road up to the mountain is this is the only way and you will need to be good driver as well. Since I and my friend has over 20 years of driving experience and had a good car (Mercedes vito) we had no issues and we even enjoyed the road up to the villa.

The apartment is centrally located with lot of and supermarkets around. Apartment is very clean and spacious. Its very close to the Forum mall. Beds are decent.
Mr. Kazim, the owner, and his son manage the property very professionally. He shows excellent hospitality towards all guests. Thanks to his proactiveness, we always found parking near the apartment.

The location is great, near everything. The staff are very friendly, kind,and helpful. I can't express my feelings about my room, It has a stunning view directly to the sea. The restaurant was very clean, moreover the dishes are delicious. I strongly recommend it to everyone. I especially thank Omar.
The view is perfect, the staff is wonderful, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are big, comfortable and cozy. The place is very quite and the weather was exceptional because the hotel is on the mountain, there is no feel of humidity or heat despite we were in July.
Assuming you have a car, the location is amazing and few minutes from everything. The view of the apartment is very nice. See and mountains around you. Even if you do not have plans to visit other destinations in Trabzon , you can spend your day at home and enjoy the mountains view and fresh air. Very quiet at night.
Hospitality is very good and the place is very clean. I will stay there if I visit Trabzon again.
