Genuinely lovely, beautifully laid out and furnished with lots of spots to sit and relax in the sunshine in the day and cosy in the evening. Delphine and Bekir are great hosts and super friendly and helpful. The house is located a short walk from the centre of town, close to reastaurants, shops and the Ephesus Museum, as well as the St John Basilica and the Temple of Artemis. It's less than a 10 minute drive from Ephesus itself. Parking is easy on the road outside the property.

Our own pool with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The area is residential so we had no issues with noise. There is a little market down the road for fresh bread and snacks. Also loved the little cats that paid us a visit. Ladies Beach is a short walk away and taxis are so cheap we had no issues getting around. We did have to get our google maps out for most taxis but that's no issue. The unit was spotless and had aircon in all areas. We have recommended the Ada Marin to our friends who visit Kusadasi frequently. I would not stay anywhere else if we were to return.

This hotel experience will be the best in my life. All the staff were very friendly. In addition, the room was very clean. I was so happy that there was a floor where I could take off my shoes and use it barefoot as a Korean. Also, I can't say how good the breakfast was.
We loved everything about this hotel, it is a little paradise stuck away in a quiet lane, there is a gorgeous smell of jasmine when you come in, a beautiful and very clean pool, beautiful spacious rooms with ceramics and lots of charm, very comfortable beds. The staff and manager are so helpful and really caring about their guests, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they make homemade cake during the day for every guest. This was 5 star hotel experience for very reasonable price. Our best hotel expetience in Turkey 🇹🇷
Owners are awesome! Extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s a basic style of accommodation but was better than I was expecting. Had everything we needed and was very clean & comfortable. I shared a room with my daughter and we still had plenty of room.
The terrace upstairs is open late for a coffee or drink and is where breakfast is also served. I really loved our stay here. Great location too! Close to town and restaurants as well as the bus station.

Very good breakfast in a shady enclosed courtyard. Breakfast starts at 7.30am so convenient for an early start.
