Very nice and autenthic place with spacious and well equiped terrace with a beautiful view in the centre of nature, out of city sounds and lights. We ordered drinks and food by phone which were prepared in calm coffee bar just under our flat. I recommed this place to people who like accomodation with a spirit. Few minutes by car are another restos and small grocery store and amazing natural Iztuzu beach.

The villa was spacious and well equipped with an amazing pool. The villa had loads of bathrooms, comfy beds and fantastic air conditioning. It was well located and there were plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk away. Hiring a car was useful for going to the supermarket and driving to the beach and other attractions but there seemed to plenty of trips by boat or bus leaving from Dalyan if you didn't fancy driving yourself.
The weather was so lovely and the villa so comfortable that we spent a few days just lounging by the pool ... unusual for us but just what we needed!
We met the owners when we checked out, they were lovely and very helpful.

Very well set up house, well suited to families (sofa beds if you need them). It was clean, spacious, grassy area outside and each house has its own lovely little lake ‘hut’ where you can sit and eat.
Air con worked very well and cooled the place down surprisingly quickly.
The stairs up and down are quite steep but my kids both managed well.
Location is peaceful, but be prepared to drive at least 10 minutes to get anywhere.
It’s close to the airport but although you could hear the planes, it was just a dull rumble in the background.
Mehmet was a great host- we arrived much later than planned (at midnight) after flight delays etc and he greeted us as we drove up, he helped carry bags and asked if we needed anything. When I said water, he actually went out and bought us cold bottled water!

The place was perfectly located in regards to the airport. The host was also very helpful in setting up all the transport from the place to the city center the night before and the morning we had a transfer service which was really great!

The property is perfect for those who want some quiet time in a luxury environment. The photos on the website really do not do this property the justice it deserves we were beyond satisfied with our choice. I like how close the property is to Dalaman Airport. It is a short drive by taxi (200 TRY fare). I liked the bungalow, the bed, the air conditioner, the cleanliness and the small swimming pool just outside the bungalow's back door. I especially liked the proprietors (mother and son). Very friendly, service-minded and accommodating. They prepared a traditional Turkish breakfast for me at a reasonable additional cost that was well worth it. Villa Dalaman is an ideal property to overnight after arriving late at Dalaman Airport or departing early the following day.

We enjoyed the private pool in the villa and the location was nice. It is in a nice quiet area away from the town and in the hills. The views are beautiful. The bedrooms are a very good size as well as the bathroom facilities. It is a very clean villa and they come and clean the pool each morning, there are plenty of sunbeds and they have parasols to give some shade.
Fabulous and amazing house in a strategic position to visit all Dalyan area! Very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Valentin has been a great host! We really recommend this place.
We booked an overnight stay after a late flight from Dalaman airport. Our flight was delayed, but our host was great at accommodating our late check-in. Check-in and out were very easy, and the host would reply very quickly to our messages. The apartment was very clean and everything went great. Car parking was available outside the apartment, which was convenient. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars for the host.
I had an amazing stay at OrtacaBungalow in Mugla, Turkey. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The main room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were all well-appointed and comfortable. The amenities, including WiFi, washing machine, and BBQ, were convenient and added to the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the garden and dining area, immersing myself in the tranquility of the surroundings. I highly recommend this vacation rental for a refreshing and calming getaway.

We stayed in a wonderful huge apartment equipped with aircon, washing machine and kitchen! the apartment was very clean and lovely! the owners were wonderful - they let us pay a small fee to check in at 8am into an upgraded apartment (very grateful for this after our overnight bus?) the owner got us laundry detergent as we had some washing to do and organised a taxi to take us to the airport, they were very easy to contact on whatsapp which was very helpful!
