The Villa was as described and furnished well. Good location, about 10 mins walk to get into the first part of the town by the river, 20 mins walk to where most of the restaurants are (but there are many along the way before this). We didn't eat here much but the food was good when we did. Even though the Villa next to ours was occupied, there was sufficient privacy from them to not be an issue, we did not see them once. The staff were friendly and helpful with things. Great view of the beautiful cliffs from the sunbeds.

The pool was cleaned every morning which made the pool glisten every day and it was very enjoyable to use. There are lovely fruit trees outside the complex, and it is a nice quiet area. The shower was good, nice pressure and immediate hot water. The windows and pool doors all had anti insect nets that were needed. Resident cats and dogs were lovely to interact with.
The lovely ladies from the cleaning staff were very helpful and supportive.

I really liked the location of the villa. The villa is located in the very center of the village. Shops and restaurants are a 1-2 minute walk away. Around the house there is a garden, lawn and vegetable garden. Stunning view of the valley. Clean large pool. Lots of beautiful decor in the yard and inside the house. And storks that live 10 meters away. It was incredibly beautiful.

Breakfast is a simple self serve, tables on the river bank. Plenty of wildlife (including turtles) to watch with your morning coffee).

We stayed in the family room which was basic, but very clean and a good size for us.
Drinks were reasonably priced and the food was really tasty.

Villa is super big can easily accommodate a family trip. You can park your car inside the gate territory, rooms are very clean comfortable bathroom is clean and nicely designed shower

This 1 bed house is in a lovely complex of 4 other properties in a quiet area of Dalyan but only a few minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants. The main room has a fully equipped kitchen and large bedroom area and there is a separate bathroom. Outside is a shaded terrace for dining and there is a shared pool set in a pretty garden. The whole complex is very clean and well kept and the owners, who live in one of the properties, are friendly and helpful. A perfect place for an independent couple or sole traveller like myself.
Lovely staff, very accommodating and kind. Host lent me money to cover my taxi when I arrived as there was no cash point near by.
Breakfast was great.
Perfect for a nice remote/calm peaceful lay over/ get away.
Room and bathroom were very clean and AC worked really well.
I would recommend this to anyone who asks.
