She ensured flexibility with our breakfast options, adjusting the timing and menu to suit each member of our group’s preferences. We were a party of 7 people and we had a great time here. Direk the host was gracious and responsive. He was there to receive us, give us the keys and provide a tour of the place. He offered us the neighboring facility to store our baggage the day of our departure. He even helped us transfer our baggage. The house is nice and comfortable. It is spacious and has good facilities. Every room has a TV and AC. The location is outstanding. Everything - cafes, bars, restaurants, Massage places and Maya Mall are within walking distance.

The villa is great with its location, staff and facilities. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are extremely helpful and offered us with a lot of assistance during the stay. Pool and living room are great for our group of 8 to have a pleasant stay for the UTMB Chiang Mai Trail Running Race event. We are so relaxed and had have a good rest after running for 50km. We could also find restaurants by walk or short taxi trip while the team was tired after the race. We also enjoyed petting the cats living nearby.
